The wireless switch module has the advantages of a simple interface, reliable work, and a long transmission distance. By using the switch module, the wired environment can be replaced with wireless control, which reduces the cost of manual wiring. Therefore, it is widely used in the remote control of the switch, wireless remote control telemetry, security system, access control system, and other fields. After the customer gets the wireless switch module, how to use the module correctly? This article will take the wireless relay module SK109 as an example to introduce how to use the module to code.
1. Configure an address ID for each wireless switch module that needs to be coded (there cannot be repeated in a system), if the factory has been required to configure it, there is no need to reconfigure it.
2. Dial switch 5 and 8 are set to ON, dial switch 6 is set to OFF (enter the code matching mode); if it is the master (transmitting end), dial switch 7 is set to ON, if it is the slave (receiving end), dial Code switch 7 is set to OFF. As shown below:
3. Short the channel INX to be coded from the slave to GND (the following picture shows the channel IN1 shorted to GND). If multiple channels are shorted to GND, they will be given priority in the order of 1234. Next, power on the slave. If the short connection is not detected, the ALARM light will flash, indicating that the code matching has failed; if the ALARM light is always on, it means that it is in the code matching mode. As shown below:
4. Set the channel to be coded by the host to ON (if multiple channels are short-circuited to GND, they will be given priority in the order of 1234), and then power on the host. If no channel is detected to be shorted to GND, the ALT LED will flash, indicating that the code has failed; after the host has successfully detected that a coded channel has been shorted to GND, the code will be automatically paired. After the code is successfully paired, the ALT of both parties The LED light will go out. If the code matching is unsuccessful, the ALT LED light will always be on.
a) During the code matching process of the wireless switch module, the slave must be powered on first, and then the host must be powered on.
b) Only one channel can be paired at a time. If there is no channel pairing, it is the default.
c) There is no code matching function in timing mode.
d) After the host module has a channel that has been successfully coded, the other channels that have not been coded will no longer send out signals even if the input status changes.
In many applications, multiple transmitters are required to correspond to the use of one receiver. One-to-many or many-to-one control can be achieved through code pairing. In single-channel switch applications, the code matching function of the wireless switch module can be used. Save a certain cost.
