The following introduces the wireless data transmission module transmission power and communication test methods. . This method is suitable for SV610, SV611, SV613, SV614 wireless data transmission modules.

Test equipment preparation: spectrum analyzer, DC power supply, electrostatic hand strap, ammeter, test stand.

Steps:

1. Put on an electrostatic bracelet and set the power supply voltage to 5V.
2. Set the central frequency point, attenuation degree, bandwidth, frequency error, etc. of the spectrum analyzer to the value that matches the test index.
3. Put the module into the test fixture in the correct direction and observe whether the test transmission power, center frequency, and transmission current meet the requirements of the test indicators.
4. During the communication test, the red and blue lights of the module flash alternately, and the RX data on the DEMO board must be incremented upwards, so that the communication is qualified.
5. Press the READ button of the test DEMO board, and see that the red and green lights of the module light up together, and the light will go out after about 1 second.

Passing the above 3, 4, and 5 tests are normal products. Otherwise, it is a defective product. The defective product needs to be repaired by maintenance personnel.
