Our company's RF module RF4463PRO uses Silicon Lab si4463 chip, which is a highly integrated wireless ISM band transceiver chip. It has extremely low receiving sensitivity (-126 dBm), coupled with the industry-leading output power of +20 dBm, ensures extended range and improved link performance.

RF4463PRO uses lead-free technology for production and testing strictly. It also meets RoHS and Reach standards.

RF4463PRO-433 and RF4463PRO-868 modules have obtained CE certification, RF4463PRO-433 and RF4463PRO-915 have obtained FCC certification, and RF4463PRO-915 has also obtained IC certification.

Testing methods of si4463 RF module RF4463PRO

1. Power on the two RF modules RF4463PRO DEMO boards (the power supply voltage is 3.6V).

2. Set the transceiver frequency of the two DEMO boards to 915.5MHz, the transmit power to be 20dBm, the data rate (DR) to be 1.2Kbps, the frequency offset (FD) to be 8.0KHz, and the bandwidth (BW) to be 25.8KHz.

3. One of the DEMO boards is adjusted as the transmitting end, and the other is adjusted as the receiving end for two-way communication.

4. Due to the relatively long transmission distance, the test environment is G107 (Guangshen Highway) in Bao'an District, Shenzhen. After actual measurement, the ideal transmission distance of the RF module RF4463PRO is 2Km.
