Description:

BLE5101 is a kind of Bluetooth to serial transceiver module based on Bluetooth protocol version 5.1, while the working frequency band is 2.4GHz.

BLE5101 Ble module is developed by NiceRF, which is characterized by small size, low power consumption and coexistence of master and slave.

This new BLE module supports connecting the host and slave at the same time. It is flexible to set the number of master-slave connections, with a maximum of 20 connections. It supports data transmission with a maximum baud rate of 115200bps.

The module uses AT command to set parameters, which is simple and easy to operate.

Specific Applications:

Wireless meter reading, wireless sensor, health sensor, smart home, intelligent wearable equipment, industrial remote control, telemetry, intelligent robot, intelligent building,  wireless sensor, automatic data acquisition, electronic tag, intelligent control.

3. Test purpose

1. To confirm whether the BLE moduleBLE5101 can normally send and receive data under different high and low temperature environments;
2. To confirm whether the communication function of BLE moduleBLE5101 is normal under different high and low temperature environments.

4. Test instrument:

(Temperature/Humidity programmable chamber)

(2pcs of BLE5101 modules with wires connected to the serial port Pin and power Pin, and then connected with the USB port of the computer)

5. Test method:

1. Plug the USB connected withthe 2pcs of BLE5101 modules into the computer and open the serial debugging assistant.

2. Observe whether the blue led of the 2pcs of BLE5101 in the chamber are on (it means that the Bluetooth connection has been established between the two BLE5101), send data in the serial debugging assistant, and observe whether the received data is displayed in the other serial debugging assistant window.

3. Change the temperature of the testing machine to - 40 °, - 20 °, 20 °, 40 ° and 60 °, and repeat step 2.

①Set the temperature to – 40℃

②Set the temperature to – 20℃

③Set the temperature to 20℃

④Set the temperature to 40℃

⑤Set the temperature to 60℃

6. Test result:

After standard measurement and calculation, the data analysis shows that BLE5101 BLE module can normally send and receive data in different high and low temperature environments ( - 40 ~+ 60 ℃), and the test product is qualified.
